Discussion Group IDG-Hub Franconia

At first at irregular intervals, we are offering discussion groups and lectures in the region (especially Volkach and Gerolzhofen), where we will discuss the topics of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the necessary inner development of us as individuals and culture as a whole. The founding of an IDG Hub (based on the international movement of Inner Development Goals) is in the making.

After watching three documentaries by The Week on the topics of climate change, species extinction and environmental pollution, we want to take the next step together with a small group on three evenings to engage in a deep exchange.

We will meet in a relaxed atmosphere in the KreativQuartier Volkach to see how we can make our commitment to these topics more attractive. How about having so much fun working together that others just want to join in?

Ronja Königer, climate manager for the city of Volkach, and Jeremias Finster, managing director of Atacama New Vision GmbH , already accepted our invitation. Ronja Königer is particularly interested in the ideas, suggestions, and support wishes of those active in this area. Jeremias Finster will report on the so necessary transition from linear economies based on the extraction of fossil raw materials to a regenerative and circular economy.

I will give a short impulse on the necessary change of values, and my colleague Katrin Heilmann and I will present the planned IDG Hub Franconia.

We will meet on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 in the KreativQuartier Volkach.
